Nick Abrahams
Nick is one of Australia’s most entertaining and informative speakers. He has been a partner at international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright for over twenty years in global technology and innovation leadership roles. He co-created the world’s first AI-enabled privacy chatbot, Parker, and won the Financial Times newspaper’s Asia Innovator or the Year Award. He is an Adjunct Professor at Bond University where he researches the practical uses of AI in industry and teaches the popular online short course GenAI Productivity Training for Everyone.
He is a successful entrepreneur. As a co-founder of Lawpath, he has helped reshape the legal industry by using AI and an innovative subscription model to enhance efficiency and significantly reduce the cost of legal services. Lawpath now has over 500,000 customers, and in February 2025, Westpac invested $10,000,000 into the company. He is on the boards of the Vodafone/TPG Foundation, the Sydney Film Festival and the world-leading genomics research organisation, the Garvan Foundation. He hosts the popular podcast Web3 goes Mainstream and the author of the Amazon best-selling books Big Data, Big Responsibilities and Digital Disruption.
